The entire process from initial contact with CU building to handover was very professional. All communication was dealt with promptly, in a courteous, pleasant manner. For a first time residential house investor, the journey was made relatively easy. The build itself was of a high standard to match our requests. I am really appreciate their efficient and high quality work.

We had a burst water pipe in roof space happen while away on holiday just before Xmas, returned home to find house under 3-4 inches of water in every room. Our insurance company (AAMI) were quick to put a team in our house to remove as many items and start the drying process to prevent secondary damage. The builder that overseen the entire restoration and repair process was Western Building. I have to say they did a exceptional job coordinating the various trades to return our property back to us as soon as possible. Thank you to Kerria and her team particularly Ricky Edwards (what a champion) always answers or returns my calls to keep me updated. I also would like to acknowledge some of their tradies that stood out; Painters Matt and his tradesman, what a fantastic job mate, Flooring Stuart and his team, again great job, Ceiling fixers Terry and his guys, and the Restoration team. Exceptional service and a beautifully designed and built Cachet home. We are so so stoked with our new home, it’s beautiful and you guys absolutely nailed the brief. A massive thanks to Dan who guided us through the whole process, an absolute top guy nothing too much trouble, outstanding service. We signed because of Dan and had complete confidence in him - he didn’t disappoint, thank you Dan! The entire team deserves credit and special mention to Chris E our site supervisor, Jess (thank you and sorry for soo many variations) and all. Our first home build and thanks to the Cachst team, stress free. Very happy customers - 5 star rating from me.

We built our home with Kevin and the team at Coastline. Our experience with them was outstanding. We loved every moment in the design process and throughout the build. If this wasn't our forever home we would surely use Coastline again. We would highly recommend Coastline to anyone who was looking for an extraordinary experience or wanting something unique, a far cry from building with large commercial companies.

All responses to contact with Carol, Tony and Jon were prompt, warmly received and timely. We were impressed with the quality finish and attention to detail and benefited immensely from the expertise and professionalism of all three. This was particularly appreciated as we were living in Perth during the entire construction phase.They guided us gently through our first experience of home building and we cannot speak more highly of what that meant for our peace of mind and joy in our finished home.
