Green-Shore Builders delivered what we envisioned for our dated open-plan living room/kitchen, laundry and alfresco. From the first contact with Peter from sales, through to design, the fine tuning of details and duration of the renovations to completion we found every staff member we dealt with obliging, helpful and professional. In particular, we acknowledge Eric Parker who helped us navigate the numerous variations we made along the way with patience - providing practical advice that never strayed from our vision of the project. We have just completed a second storey addition to our 1910 built home with Green Shore. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give these guys. They are awesome! This is our third build and 2 of the 3 previous builds with different builders were a nightmare. With these guys we could relax and know that everything was extremely well organised and finished to a very high standard. Throughout the build there were nice surprises along the way with materials being better quality than we had envisaged and the tradesmen on the job going over and above. Even the office staff were knowledgeable and prompt at addressing queries. The job has been completed ahead of schedule which is a feat in itself given the supply and labour shortages at the moment but these guys wouldn't skimp on quality. We have had probably around 25 different tradespeople working on the job and all have done an immaculate job, they didn't let anything be left just good enough". I never thought I would say that a build has been enjoyable but this one has and I'm still in disbelief how they can be so well organised in a difficult global climate. The owners Clint and Quentin are true gentlemen and make an extra effort to accommodate requests and actually listen to their clients. I think one of the reasons they are so efficient is that most of the tasks are completed by employees rather than contractors

Everything from the architect's designs (more than we could have envisaged), to the workmanship and the timely manner in which our renovations were completed has turned our 70's house into a modern family home. Each time we come home it's like we are in a new home! Green-Shore Builders managed to turn our house into a beautiful family home.

We had a wonderful experience with Green-Shore. As we lived in our home throughout the renovations we were blown away by the level of skill, and attention to detail that the trades brought to their jobs each day. We felt thoroughly supported throughout our whole renovation experience which was positive. It is a huge financial commitment renovating your home and it is certainly quite daunting, inviting people in to knock out walls and windows and rip up tiles etc of your home. However, any trepidation soon disappeared once we met the huge cast of courteous and approachable trades who arrived in the early morning and worked tirelessly throughout the day to help us create our vision. There appeared to be such respect not just for us, but for the other trades as well as they greeted each other early each day and worked together in lock step of the overall plan.
